That's a good flip! Haha, I can't seem to do this and I don't want to risk doing it. That's a lot of eggs and if I fail it it's gonna go straight to the floor if I flip it wrong. I'd rather flip it with the help of a spatula or something similar, haha. That's the safest way but hey, if you can do this, then go for it.
