Slicing a vat of cheese into cubes

This looks so good. It's like some kind of a tofu, hehe. But it's white cheese. Pretty sure that took a few minutes to slice since it's a huge vat. When she was able to dice them all into cubes and mix it, it looked really enticing, hehe.
