Oh man, that looks hard to pull off! If you're not fast enough you might not be able to hold onto it. You need strength and agility for this exercise. This reminds me of those challenges in the show American Ninja Warrior, haha. Those challenges and obstacles in the game have stuff like this and you need to be physically fit.
