This is how a radiator cooler works with a liquid cooler. Basically it goes all over the engine where it needs cooling. The cool liquid goes all over the engine and once it gets hot, it goes back to the radiator to cool down again, and the cycle continues. It's kind of similar to how an AIO cooler in a PC works, hehe.
