A new law approved by Singapore's regulators will now provide stricter rules for the crypto services providers. This includes the requirement to get licensed regardless of their establishment location. Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism guidelines will regulate the space.
Establishments will also be responsible for serious cyberattacks or disruptions as part of the regulation.
