Binance had a big problem last year as It was forced to curtail the service of traders in several countries at once under pressure from supervisory authorities. They suspended operations in Israel this year as local authorities demanded that it comply with its anti-money laundering laws.
Now, Binance is back to the Malaysian market, which it left last summer also under pressure from local authorities.
