I bet some of us are using metamask for some of our crypto transactions and now, we also have polygon now how do you add polygon into your metamask wallet? Here’s how!
Interacting with the polygon blockhain requires a compatible crypto wallet Metamask such as . But the thing is, MetaMask doesn’t have Polygon added as a network by default. Which is why you gotta do some setting up first to add it on your metamask wallet.
1. Install Metamask
2. Click get started
3. If you are gonna create a new wallet just click on create new wallet
4. Or Importing a wallet using your seed phrase (I discussed seed phrases on my previous post, you can refer to that if you are kinda unfamiliar with seed phrase)
5. Then common security procedure will happen , choosing a password, having a seed phrase (for new wallets)
Now, let us proceed with hiw you will gonna add Polygon unti the wallet you created.
Steps below are from Binance Academy:
1. First, open MetaMask and click the network dropdown menu.
2. Click [Add Network] on the pop-up.
3. 
You’ll need to add the following details on the [Add a network] page that will open. Click [Save] when you’re finished.
4. You’ll now successfully be connected to the Polygon network.
