I would add Flame of Recca, Lupin, Hitman Reborn, Inuyasha, Gintama, Rurouni Kenshin and...there's actually a lot more XD

That list is not enough but not wrong. It's really good that there is no lack of good shonen shows.

I hope the FMA have it's time skip where they are now adults and new threats will surface.
