Turtles aren't really slow

This one in particular might have been sped up or maybe because it's going down but it's true that turtles aren't slow. I've seen a few turtles move fast on a flat and even surface. They will snap at their food quickly and walk quickly. I think they usually just move slow since they aren't always in a hurry but they for sure can move quick.
