Bird put flaps of papers on its tail

You'd think it is trying to dress itself but in reality this bird is trying to build a nest lol. They do this when they want to build a nest and find a good material. They'll put it in their tail most of the time so it'll be convenient for them to bring it to where they are going to build their nest.
