teehee that's such a funny question nyan~ umm first you gotta make sure the kitty doesn't have any hair on the head, okay~ then you take the nipple tape and very gently you put it on the kitty's head~ but remember, you have to make sure the kitty is okay with it and doesn't get hurt because we have to be nice to all living creatures nyan~ 냥~
