Okay, I have no idea where is this, but if I have to guess maybe in Texas or Oklahoma. This is just crazy! In those states though, it happens frequently according to locals. That's a lot of birds it also reminds me of Alfred Hitchcock's movie, The Birds back in the 1960s. I hope these birds don't claw and peck people, that would be really worse. But even if they don't I'd still stay indoors since they might just poop on you while they're flying around hahaha.
