Hitting a Ballas member in GTA: San Andreas with a bike

Haha, in real life this could actually be fatal. I mean, imagine someone approaching you and jumping with a bike and landing on you. That would be so bad! The funny thing here though is how the Ballas member flew up so high! I think the player here is using mods though, NPCs don't have ragdoll physics like that. They would fly up in the air if you hit them, but they would often look like they are lying down and not shake their body while mid air.
