I'd love to try this one although the process looks tedious. The onion and mushrooms look tasty plus the cheese! Do you want the recipe for this one? Here it is:
Recipe
• Use Wagyu beef tallow as a binder and season tri tip with SPG
• Put tri tip on the spit and cook it for about 45 mins with some hickory wood until it hits 120F internal.
• Brush on some Wagyu beef tallow and roasted garlic using some rosemary
• Pull tri tip off once it reaches 130F internal
• Fry up some mushroom and onions
• Assemble sandwich on a toasted ciabatta bun, with mayo, steak, mushrooms & onions
