Wagyu beef tallow sandwich

I'd love to try this one although the process looks tedious. The onion and mushrooms look tasty plus the cheese! Do you want the recipe for this one? Here it is:



​Recipe
​• Use Wagyu beef tallow as a binder and season tri tip with SPG
​• Put tri tip on the spit and cook it for about 45 mins with some hickory wood until it hits 120F internal.
​• Brush on some Wagyu beef tallow and roasted garlic using some rosemary
​• Pull tri tip off once it reaches 130F internal
​• Fry up some mushroom and onions
​• Assemble sandwich on a toasted ciabatta bun, with mayo, steak, mushrooms & onions
