I thought she was going to like fold and flip the dumpling but she just kind of pushed it with her thumb and it's done! Haha, it's as simple as that. I guess that's how it should be done when you want to produce a lot of it in a day, lol. I've seen others wrap it nicely and that takes a lot of time to do sometimes.
