Recently, some companies in Korea have come to a place where they are required to submit the MBTI result sheet when applying to a company.
For me, it's something that really doesn't make sense.
Oh, of course, I understand that depending on the company's work, an extrovert is needed for a job such as sales.
However, it is absolutely incomprehensible that certain MBTIs are not supported.
It is a terrible thing to even imagine that MBTI is a company I want to go to, but it does not fit with the company and is eliminated.
What are your thoughts??
